21 day fix day 1

It's day 8. I feel like it's keeping me on track. I feel as if the app is the best thing for tracking otherwise I'd be lost. I need to get into a better routine. I didn't lose weight yet, and it's because I'm still figuring out this whole system. How to work out and when to meal prep. Today I'm going to try and prep some more. Put fruit into baggies, make some eggs in advance, make some veggies, get some ground chicken to make bowls, make some rice. I've got a hefty list! Thankfully I have a couple hours before work. I'll post my recipes as well. Here are the before photos. And I'll post one when it's all done. Let's dive in together.
